Permitted Commission Content

I Will Draw:
✧Most furry animals (eg. Canines, Felines, Bovines, Cervines, etc.) and some scaly animals (eg. Dragons, Snakes, etc.) in both Anthro and Feral forms.✧Mild Gore (eg. Small amounts of blood fresh blood, small scratches/cuts, bruises, bandages with blood stains, etc.).✧Candy Gore (eg. Gore content with a fluorescent/pastel colour palette) for customers over 18.✧NSFW/Lewd Content (eg. Exposed breasts, genitalia, erotic poses/expressions, suggestive accessories) for customers over 18.✧Depictions of alcohol, marijuana and psychedelics usage for customers over 18.I Will Not Draw:
✧NSFW/Gore art of underage/feral characters.✧NSFW/Gore art for for any customer under the age of 18, or any customers unable to provide valid ID.✧Characters or situations depicting harmful/hateful views (eg. Homophobia, Transphobia, Racism, Sexism, Zoophilia, etc.).✧Heavy Gore (eg. Dismemberment, disembowelment, decapitation, broken limbs, etc.).✧NSFW art featuring certain kinks (eg. Scat, Watersports, Inflation, Babyfurs, CNC/Rape, etc.).✧Depictions of hard substance usage (eg. Cocaine, heroin, etc.).✧Depictions of alcohol, marijuana or psychedelic usage for any customer under the age of 18, or any customers unable to provide valid ID.✧Human or humanoid characters (eg. Na’vi, Klingon, Elves, etc.).

Payment & Refunds

✧Payment for typical commissions is to be made in full before the commission is started.✧Payments must be made within 48 hours, unless an extended deadline has been explicitly discussed.✧The customer may request a full refund up until, but not including, the beginning of the sketch. A partial refund may be requested while the sketch is in progress, but I will retain enough money to compensate myself for the time already spent at the rate of £10/hr. After the sketch is completed, refunds will no longer be available.✧For larger commissions (>£100), payment plans are permitted. In this case, the sketch will be started upon receiving the first payment, but the commission will not progress into the lineart stage until the full payment has been received. All payments must be at least £35.✧If desired and explicitly discussed, the customer may be granted a commercial license for the commissioned artwork, under the condition that I am compensated either via a larger payment upfront (typically +150%-250% of the non-commercial commission price in exchange for a shorter-term license), or receive a percentage of the sale profits (typically 10%-25% in exchange for a longer-term license).

Commission Process

✧My art is never to be fed into any kind of AI Art program or image generation software under any circumstances.✧A clear, digital reference sheet for the character is required (except for Ref Sheet/Custom Design commissions). Unshaded is greatly preferred but is not a requirement.✧Customers are to fully describe details of the desired details (eg. pose, facial expression, clothing, accessories/props, etc.) before the invoice is sent. Leaving aspects to artistic freedom is welcomed but must be specifically stated.✧Customers are permitted to request a re-do of the sketch in the event that their desired pose was not sufficiently communicated, but will require an additional payment to compensate for my time on the rejected sketch at the rate of £11/hr (eg. If 2 hours was spent on the rejected sketch, an additional fee of £22 will be required for a re-do).✧Watermarks are never to be moved/edited/removed from the artwork, including WIPs.✧WIPs are never to be shared with outside parties, as they are reserved for members of my Patreon.✧Commissions are typically finished within about a week of the sketch being started, but may take up to multiple weeks depending on queue length, art complexity, life events, etc.✧Customers will be notified ASAP about any potential delays to their commission.✧Customers will receive WIP updates throughout the commission’s progress, and will need to be approved before progress continues. These updates typically include the sketch, lineart, colouring, shading and physical production (eg. Badges). Customers will also receive a link to their commission’s card on my Trello, so they can see progress updates there as well as see their commission’s place within my queue.✧I retain the rights to all artwork produced, including WIPs.✧Customers are permitted to use their finalised commission for any non-profit personal use (eg. Posting on social media, using as profile image, printing on merchandise for personal use, etc.). Credit is always required for public posting, preferably via a direct link, but a name mention - eg. “Art by BlackjackCreations” - will suffice.✧Unless explicitly discussed prior to payment, the customer is not permitted to use the commissioned artwork for commercial use (eg. Printing on merchandise to sell).

Custom Designs & Adoptables

✧In the event of an adoptable being sold via auction, the highest bidder must pay the full amount within 48 hours of the auction ending. Failure to pay will result in forefeit of the design, and it will then be sold to the next highest bidder.✧Offers on adoptables lower than the minimum listed price and bids on auctions that do not follow the starting bid/minimum increment guidelines will be disregarded.✧Once an adoptable/design is fully paid for, the customer is free to do as they wish with it (eg. Modify the design, commission any artwork from any artists, commission a fursuit of the design, etc.), but I am still required to be credited as the creator of the original design, preferably by a direct link, but a name mention - eg. “Design by BlackjackCreations” - will suffice.✧If a customer is buying a custom design or adoptable with the intention of turning it into a fursuit to sell, this must be mentioned before payment; buying a design with the intention to use it for commercial profit will subject your bid/offer to an extra fee (typically +150%-250% of the customer’s offer).

18+ Art

✧Commissioning 18+ art (eg. NSFW, Gore, Drugs, etc.) will require the customer to provide a form of Government-issued ID to prove that they are 18+. The customer is free to redact any non-required info on the ID (eg. Address, their face if it is a photo ID, sex, etc.). The name on the ID must match the customer’s PayPal name, and the full date of birth must be visible.✧Upon a successful age verification, a note will be made on the commission’s card on my Trello stating as such. Afterwards, the message containing the customer’s ID will be deleted on my end for the sake of protecting the customer’s private info/data.✧18+ art costs 50% more than standard commissions.
